Q. I received my order and I’m missing items looks like my package has been tampered with?

A. Please contact The Carrier Luv Thy Kurvz Is not responsible for any items after it has shipped.

Q. My item is to big can I exchange it?

A. Unfortunately all sales are final we encourage you to reach out to us via email before making a purchase.

Q. My Item has a hole in it what should I do?

A. Please email us ASAP with a description of the defected item and a picture. We will send you a return label to send the item back after we have received the item we will inspect it and issue a store credit you have 3 days after a item is delivered to notify us of the defected item

Q. I forgot to add the discount code can you add it for me?

A. Unfortunately after a order is placed nothing can be changed or added to the order.

Q.  It won’t let me use two discount codes?

A. You can only use one discount code per order.

Q. I didn’t receive my rewards this month.

A. The rewards are managed by a third party Growave please contact them when you log into your rewards panel.

Q. I haven’t received my tracking number.

A. Please check your spam if you signed up for text alerts you will not receive a tracking number via email but via text message.

Q. I never received a confirmation email after I placed my order.

A. Please check your spam you will receive a confirmation email/text after you placed your order if you don’t receive the email/text please verify with your bank that the order was successful if it was please email us at
